The Edwin Group has been named for the second year running in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work in the UK 2024 in the category for “big” organisations.

We are delighted to be part of a group that for the second year, we have been recognised as having industry-leading levels of employee engagement across the Group’s companies; Vision for Education, ABC Teachers, Smart Teachers, Edwin People, Still Human, Enrich Education, Commando Joe’s and Llama ID.

As part of the assessment criteria, employee engagement is measured against six key drivers – reward and recognition; information sharing; empowerment; pride; job satisfaction; and wellbeing, and all scores and ratings used to compile the Best Places to Work lists are based solely on employee responses. We are proud to say we achieved high scores in all categories.
