What does this role involve…
We are looking for people who can build character, self-worth, and confidence in young people, so this role would suit someone who has been in the military or public services. You will be working in schools alongside school staff, delivering our character education programme, and you will be an inspirational role model to young people in schools.
Your first few weeks with us will be dedicated to your training and preparing you for your role. What we need from you is a growth mindset, with the desire to make a difference to young people.
The role involves working in schools within a reasonable commute of where you live. If successful, you will be placed in up to 5 different schools, and you will be at the same school for a full day.
